Delivery terms

Standard delivery term is 5 weeks after confirmation of order by a producer. Terms of payment are dealt in the contract of purchase usually the deposit invoice must be paid before the delivery of goods for min. 50% of an order price.

Transport

Transport of goods to the customer is arranged by the producer, the transport price is agreed before the realization or included in the price of the product.

Orders

Every order must include these important necessities: Indication of customer, trade name according to the extract from the trade register, address, phone number, place of delivery, code of product incl. dimensions, quantity, identification of metal colour, type of upholstery, wooden plates, glass, a note in case of unusual type or dimension (under the agreement) date of order, signature.

All orders must be confirmed by the sales department.

Warranty

The Warranty applies only to damages caused by defective manufacture, materials or surface treatment, such as cracked, defective, broken or bent welds and metallic components, sharp edges and other non-standard roughness (attn. one of the characteristics of forged items is the roughness of the surface due to heat treatment and manual finishing), dimensional deviations, poor surface treatment, damaged wooden or glass plates and cushions. The Warranty does not apply to damages arising from improper application of the product and/or its subsequent transport. Warranty period for welded joins, for stability of construction is 10 years from date of delivery to the Buyer. All other damages are are subject to the Czech Commercial Code and it initiates with the date of delivery to the Buyer.

Claims

When claiming, present a defective product together with a sales document or an invoice, possibly clear photos of the damage and its description. A possible damage of goods during transport must be announced immediately after the delivery, written down into the delivery note and confirmed by the carrier or another responsible person.

Please check the goods immediately during the receipt from the carrier. Later compensation claims resulting from the transport won't be accepted.
